Studio Moov is a group fitness studio in Boisbriand with adult, prenatal, postnatal and family classes, including parent and child sessions. Your first class is free for new students. The studio hopes you will sign up afterwards, but there is no obligation. Fill out the trial form and the team will contact you to choose a class; Bungee Workout, Aerial Yoga and Aqua Fitness are not included in the free trial.
