About
A monument to Joseph Légaré, a leading 19th century painter and favourite illustrator of the capital, often called one of the first great landscape painters of Québec. It stands on the Côte de la Fabrique in the heart of Old Québec, steps from the Notre-Dame cathedral. Outdoors and free all year.
