A sculptural sphere dedicated to all public servants and diplomats in foreign service who have fallen while serving their country, a gift from the Republic of Türkiye. Metal prisms inside represent those who made the ultimate sacrifice, with one honouring Colonel Atilla Altıkat, killed nearby in 1982. It stands where Island Park Drive meets the Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway, close to the riverside pathways. Outdoors and free to see at any time.
