A monument honouring Alfred Pellan, the Québec City born painter of international renown and a pioneer of modern art in Québec. It stands on rue De Sainte-Hélène in the Jean-Paul-L'Allier garden in Saint-Roch, near the busts of other Québec painters. Outdoors and free all year.
