About
A bronze sculpture of an Anishinabeg scout, created in 1918 by Hamilton MacCarthy, now standing on its own on Kìwekì Point behind the National Gallery. In its new setting it invites visitors to reflect on the role of the Kichi Zïbï (Ottawa River) in the traditional way of life of the Anishinabeg. The lookout is open year round and free to visit.
