A free, friendly 5 km walk, jog or run every Saturday at 9 a.m. on the paved paths of Downsview Park, about two and a half laps around the park. Everyone is welcome whatever their pace, and you can also volunteer or cheer. It costs nothing, but register once with parkrun before your first visit and bring your barcode to get a time.
