The Constance Bay Community Centre Park, in the riverside village of Constance Bay in West Carleton, has a City of Ottawa outdoor skatepark. It is a handy local spot for skateboards, scooters and BMX bikes, close to the Ottawa River beaches and the Torbolton Forest. The skatepark is free to use with no booking, from spring until the snow arrives.
