About

A 23 metre tilted mast hung with 9,520 hooks, the tallest public artwork in Québec City, created by Ludovic Boney and inaugurated in 2017. It honours the 1864 Québec Conference, and its hooks stand for the signatures of the people who took part in political decisions. Outdoors beside City Hall on côte de la Fabrique, free to see any time.
