About
A bronze bust by sculptor Michel Binette of Georges-Émile Lapalme, often called the true father of the Quiet Revolution and the first minister of Cultural Affairs of Québec. Installed in 2016 for the 55th anniversary of that ministry, it stands outside the Guy-Frégault building at 225 Grande Allée Est. Outdoors and free all year.
